Welcome to Casazova. By engaging our studio for web design services or using our site, you agree to the clear and transparent business terms below.

1. 100% Client Ownership Handover (Zero Lock-in)

Unlike traditional agencies that keep client code locked on proprietary servers, you own your website 100% upon final payment. All custom styling, source code, and design assets are cleanly packaged and handed over to you. You are free to host with us on our care plan or move to any web hosting provider of your choice at any time.

2. Transparent Flat-Rate Pricing

All projects operate under predictable flat-rate packages:

• Starter Landing Page: $499 (1 single page, 5–7 day delivery)
• Growth Redesign: $999 (up to 5 custom pages, 10–14 day delivery)
• Pro Custom Flagship: $1,899 (up to 10 custom pages, extended features)

3. Additional Pages & Scope Expansion

If you need extra pages beyond your package count during or after your build sprint:

• Standard informational or policy pages: $100 per page
• Complex conversion, marketing, or product pages: $150 per page
• Major redesigns or custom functional applications (calculators, complex portals): Quoted separately upfront

4. Managed Hosting & Maintenance Care Plan

Clients who wish to have Casazova manage their ongoing hosting, SSL, domain monitoring, and updates may opt into our $50/month Care Plan. This includes managed edge hosting and up to 3 content, text, or image adjustments per month. You may cancel this maintenance plan at any time with zero penalty.

5. Payment Terms

Projects standardly require a 50% deposit upon kickoff to secure your sprint slot, with the remaining 50% balance due upon project completion, approval, and prior to final asset handover.

6. Revisions & Collaboration

Each sprint includes structured revision milestones during wireframing and design phases to ensure complete alignment before final deployment.
